Everything you need to know about running a fundraiser with Mastery.

Your club charges an entry fee (typically €10) for each team a member enters. You keep the profit after prizes are paid out. With a club of 100+ members, many entering multiple teams, the fundraising adds up quickly — with zero effort from your committee.

We run competitions around major professional golf tournaments. Our upcoming demo is for The Players Championship (March 12–15, 2026). We plan to support all four Majors and other marquee PGA Tour events throughout the season.

There is no upfront cost to your club. We take a small percentage of entries to cover platform costs, payment processing, and live scoring. Your club sets the entry fee and prize structure — you control the economics. Note: as this is a fundraiser, your club will need a Garda permit (lottery licence) to run the competition. This is a straightforward process and we’ll guide you through it.

Members visit your club’s branded page, select 5 golfers from the tournament field (staying within a ranking budget), and pay their entry fee online via Stripe. That’s it — takes about 2 minutes.

Your club decides the prize structure. Typical setups include cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Prizes can be paid directly to winners or to the club for distribution. We handle all the scoring and results automatically.

Yes! Members can enter as many teams as they like. Many clubs offer a discount for multiple entries (e.g. 3 for €25) to encourage more participation and boost fundraising.

Yes! A paid add-on is available for sponsor and advert placements within your club’s fundraiser experience. This is a great way to offset prize costs or generate additional revenue — local businesses love the visibility with an engaged club audience.
